Anyone who has used a Microsoft account in the past can use the same credentials for an email account with Outlook.com. With a free Outlook.com account, you can access your email, calendar, tasks, and contacts from anywhere you have an internet connection. Create an Outlook account easily.
Step 1: Open a web browser, go to the Outlook, go to outlook.com. This will take you to the sign-in page.
Step 2: Click “Create Free Account“.
Step 3: Enter your preferred username.
Step 4: Select @outlook.com to change the domain name. (These can either be Outlook or Hotmail).
Step 5: Enter and then re-enter your preferred password. Choose a password that is easy for you to recall and difficult for anyone else to guess.
Step 6: Enter your first and last names in the fields provided.
Step 7: Enter the details of your region and birthday, these include:
- Birth Month
- Day of Birth
- Birth Year
Step 8: Enter the characters from the CAPTCHA image. If you are unable to read the letters and numbers, click “New” or “Audio” to change it.
Step 9: Click “Next“.
You can now open your new Outlook.com account on the web or set it up for access in email programs on computers and mobile devices.
